Un-Limit Your Mind: Identify Limiting Beliefs
Can you achieve your goals without targeting your limiting beliefs? Yes, you can but it can be so much harder! Two years ago I started integrating my health and lifestyle coaching approach with a super simple yet powerful modality to identify and reprogram limiting beliefs in your subconscious that can affect all areas of your life, including but not limited to your health and well-being. A few months ago, a friend asked if I would ever consider getting certified as a Tony Robbins Life Coach. I looked at their system and was very happy to see that my combined coaching and belief change approach is pretty much reflected in his life coaching system. Step 1: Identify limiting beliefs, Step 2: Develop patterns to overcome the beliefs, Step 3: Develop patterns to overcome the beliefs. My system differs in that I do Step 1 to 3 in parallel.
