“When I started my 12-week program with Lars I was already six month into a weight loss program. I had lost about 15 pounds already but I struggled with managing sugar cravings. I believed that I would not be able to first reach my weight loss goal and second be able to keep the weight off long-term, If I did not learn to manage these sugar cravings. The program addressed not just one but several aspects of my health. While we worked on addressing the sugar cravings we also covered mental health/strength as well as movement/activities that support not only the management of the sugar cravings but opened the door to several other improvements that all complement each other and are the basis for long-term success. Besides managing my sugar cravings, I was able to improve my overall eating and hydration habits in a very powerful and healthy way.
