If you have recently experienced or plan to experience a psychedelic journey or a non-ordinary state of consciousness, it can be very beneficial to get support, ideally before and after the event.

Integration starts with preparation, which means getting mentally, emotionally and physically ready. In fact, you can get more out of the experience and increase its transformative potential, if you have someone guiding you through every phase, not just the ceremony itself.

Integration support can be done in-person or remote.
